Reese - Lewis

Lewis (sic) Reese, pioneer Chicagoan, who for more than fifty years was engaged in the manufacture of telescopes, died October 26, at his home at 713 Oakwood boulevard, Chicago. Mr. Reese was 84 years old and is survived by his widow, Mrs. Lillian Reese who was formerly Mrs. Columbus Moore, and is well known to our older citizens. For many years Mr. Reese maintained headquarters for his Manufacturing establishment at 1435 South State street. He retired from active business some years ago. Funeral services were held at Rolling Prairie, Indiana.
