  Otis Reed, 80 formerly of 1660 N. Water St., died at 7 p.m. yesterday in the Macon County Tuberculosis Sanatorium.  Mr. Reed, who had been a patient for a year, was a retired sheet metal worker.  He retired 20 years ago, when he left Danville to come to Decatur.  He was born March 29, 1878 in Crawfordsville, Ind., son of Mary and Peter Reed.  He was married to Mary Ellen Quick in Danville.  He leaves his wife, four sons, Forrest, Curtis and Donald all of Decatur, and Harold of Louisville, Ky.; two daughters, Mrs. Charles Brackett of Assumption and Miss Marguerite Reed of Decatur, and seven grandchildren. Mr. Reed was a member of the Danville Methodist Church.   The body is in Brintlinger's Funeral Home.  Arrangements are incomplete. – thanks to Kim H
