KINGMAN - Donald Lorraine Redenbaugh, World War II veteran, formerly of Kingman, died unexpectedly at his home in Newark, Calif. Mr. Redenbaugh, 49, had been in failing health for several years, and death was attributed to a heart attack. Born Sept. 2, 1919, in Fairmount, Ill., he was the son of Charley and Nina Nehemiah Redenbaugh. He was married to Jacquelin Spray of Chewelah, Wash., on Aug. 17, 1942. Redenbaugh served 20 years with the U. S. Navy, and was involved in the attack on Pearl Harbor. He served throughout the War and was wounded many times. At the time of his retirement in 1958 he was a company commander at the U. S. Naval Training Center in San Diego, Calif. He attended grade and high school at Cates and Kingman. Survivors besides his wife and parents include two brothers, Garold of Covington and Deward of Danville, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. Robert (Beulah) Woolwine of Kingman and Mrs. Robert (Fauneil) Perry of Covington, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother. Services were held at Newark and burial was in Chimes Memorial Park, Hayward, Calif. - jlr
