NEW MARKET -- William R. Reddish, 64, of New Market, died at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville. He was retired from Allison Division of General Motors and had also driven a bakery truck for Cleveland Bakery. He was a member of the New Market Baptist Church, was past master of Masonic Lodge 300 at Waveland and was a member of the Russellville OES. He was graduated from Waveland High School. Born March 14, 1912, at Waveland, he was a son of Otto L. and Blanche Oglesbee Reddish. He was married to Evelyn Rice on Sept. 2, 1932, at Indianapolis. She survives. Also surviving are his stepmother, Mrs. Edna Reddish of Brownsburg; three sons, James L. of Rushville, John L. of Brownsburg and Donald W. of Crawfordsville; four daughters, Mrs. Ralph (Mary) Bruin of Indianapolis, Mrs. Roy (Lois) Rightsell and Mrs. Danny (Kathryn) Marshall of Crawfordsville, and Mrs. Daryl (Carolyn) Fullen of Brownsburg; three brothers, Ronald L. of Rt. 7, Crawfordsville, Herman C. of Jeffersonville and Clay F. of Greenwood; two sisters, Mrs. Charles Goff of Waveland and Mrs. Frank Fritts of Rockville; and 21 grandchildren. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Powers Funeral Home at New Market with the Rev. Creed Hampton officiating. Burial will be in Old Union Cemetery at Waveland. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Thursday and 2 p.m. Friday. Masonic services will be conducted in the funeral home at 8 p.m. Friday.--waw
