Services for Howard L. Rasher, 43, Lafayette accountant who was killed Wednesday in an auto-truck accident on Ind. 26, have been set for 1 p.m. Saturday in the Hippensteel Chapel. Rev. Joseph Wick will officiate. Masonic services will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Mr. Rasher was the son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Merle Terry who live at 718 S. Grant Ave., Crawfordsville. The accident, which occurred at 5:15 p.m., about a mile east of Lafayette, also claimed the life of Donald J. Wolfe, 56. Police officers said the Rasher car collided with a semi-trailer truck which was turning onto a county road. The deceased was the owner of the Howard L. Rasher Accounting firm in Lafayette. He was graduated in 1950 from Indiana University with a bachelor of science degree in accounting and held membership in the National Society of Accountants.
