William E. Randolph, 86, of Indianapolis, father of Mrs. Betty Royal of Crawfordsville, died Wednesday in Winona Hospital at Indianapolis. A former Crawfordsville resident, he was born at Herron, Ill., on March 10, 1891. He was married to Agnes Johnson on Oct. 12, 1913. She preceded him in death. Surviving besides Mrs. Royal are three other daughters, Mrs. Martha Pavicich of Gary, Mrs. Mary Hofstrom of Kentland and Miss Ruth Randolph of Indianapolis; three sisters, Mrs. Melsina Dow and Mrs. Blanche Bulliner of Flint, Mich., and Mrs. Anna Rush of East Chicago; and nine grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Flanner & Buchanan Mortuary at Broad Ripple. There will be graveside rites at 4 p.m. Friday at Masonic Cemetery at Crawfordsville.
