Ragsdale - Taylor

Taylor Ragsdale died Saturday night at his home here (Ladoga) after an illness of several months with complications. He was the son of William and Lucinda DEAN Ragsdale and was born in Indiana December 9,1857. He was married Nov 12, 1887 to Lyna SHEPHERD who passed away 10 years ago. In April 1921 he was united in marriage to Miss Belle NORTHCUTT who with the following sisters and brothers survive: Mrs. Mary Blanton of Seattle, Wash; Miss Ettie Ragsdale of Terre Haute; Mrs. Ellen Staten of Sac City, IA; Mrs. Lock of Baltimore, Md; Mrs. Cora Stephens of Indianapolis; two half brothers, Charles of Terre Haute and Harry of Indianapolis and a step brother, Frank Shepherd of Terre Haute. Funeral services were held this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the home in charge of Rev. SG Smith, pastor of the Christian Church. Interment took place at Ladoga Cemetery - kbz
