Patrick Rabbitt, a devout Catholic and secluded hermit, living near Cherry Grove died a few days since. His will showing that he had some property has been admitted to probate. He leaves all his property Rev. Father Dennis, pastor of St. Bernard's Church in this city, in order (that according to the terms of the will) "that masses may be said for the repose of my soul, and also that of my sister." Mr. Rabbitt was a most exemplary Catholic, and the act of leaving all his property to the church shows he believed all he professed. - kbz
