Ladoga, Ind, Aug 13 – Mrs. Frances Josepha Quinley, 85, died
at her home here today. A victim of heat prostration. She was one of the oldest women in this
community.

Mrs. Frances J. Quinley, 85, mother of Wallace Quinley, of
West Lafayette, died early Monday at the family home in Ladoga from an illness
which followed a heat prostration two weeks ago, Mrs. Quinley was born near
Parkersburg and was married June 29, 1865, to John M. Quinley, now deceased.
Following her husband’s death she moved from a farm to Ladoga. Surviving are
three sons, three daughters, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the home in Ladoga, Wednesday afternoon at
2:30 o’clock with Rev. WD Headrick Indianapolis, officiating.
