Cornelia Rose 'Connie´ Price, 77, Crawfordsville, died 9:05 p.m. Thursday in Williamsburg Healthcare. Mrs. Price had been a Carmen Nursing Home aide and had been a cook at the Greene Township Elementary School. Her memberships included Providence Christian Church, Beckville. She had attended Crawfordsville schools. She was born June 24, 1925, at Bloomfield, to Cecil P. and Alma May Hawkins Grayson. She married James Grover Price, March 23, 1946, at Crawfordsville. He died in 1999. Survivors include two sons, Richard Price, New Ross, and Roy R. Peffley, Acworth, Ga.; a daughter, Janice Routt, Fort Wayne; five brothers, Burl, New Market, John, Roy and Ed, all of Florida, and Bert Grayson, Lafayette; three sisters, Ruth Montgomery and Betty Lou Thompson, both of Crawfordsville, and Marian E. Davis, Frankfort; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Two brothers, Jim and Raymond; three sisters, Mary Grayson, Goldie Hensel and Edna Stewart, are deceased. Funeral services are scheduled 2 p.m. Monday in Powers-Priebe Funeral Home, 315 S. Washington St., Crawfordsville, with the Rev. Walt Grant officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill South Cemetery. Friends may call from noon until time of services Monday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Providence Christian Church, Rt. 1, Crawfordsville, Ind. 47933.
