Piper - Myrl Hamilton - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Darlington – Funeral services for Mrs. Myrl Hamilton Piper former Darlington resident were held Friday afternoon in Indianapolis where she had lived for 50 years. She died Sunday in Phoenix, Az where she was visiting relatives.  Mrs. Piper was a daughter of Edward and Ellen Hamilton and lived here during her girlhood.  She was graduated from Darlington HS and was employed by the former Peoples Banking Co here before moving to Indianapolis. In Indianapolis she was employed in the foreign exchange department of the American Fletcher National Bank for 40 years before retirement.  She was a member of the Methodist Church.  Survivors include two daughters, two sisters and several grandchildren. Burial was in Indianapolis. – kbz
