Petro - John

A number of Darlington people went to Linden yesterday to attend the funeral of John Petro, who was killed by a train near his home at Momence, Ill last Tuesday. Mr. Petro formerly lived near Linden and was a twin brother to Mrs. George Manning of this place. The funeral services were held at the M.E. Church at 1 o'clock. -- kbz
