-- Waveland March 11 - Willis Perkins, former resident of this place, died Monday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Garnet Deere of Wilsall, Mont according to word received here. He had gone to Wilsall for a visit when he suffered an attack of acute appendicitis, which results in his death. The remains were brought to Clinton to the home of his daughter, Mrs. Alva Waldon and will be taken to Waveland today. Mr. Perkins is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Garnet Deere of Wilsall, Mont and Mrs. Alva Waldon of Clinton; two sons, Emmett of Indianapolis and Luther of near Alamo, and two brothers, John of Milligan and Howard of New Market.Funeral services will be from the Waveland Christian Church Friday afternoon at 2, Rev. Mooreman of Frankfort, former pastor of the Waveland Christian Church will officiate. Interment at Russellville Cemetery.
