Perkins - Carl Hoard

Carl Hoard Perkins who formerly lived south of Browns Valley died at the home of his nephew, Bert Perkins, near Alamo on Wednesday evening. He was born in Kentucky, April 13, 1853, but has lived for many years in Indiana. He married Amanda Norris of Kentucky. She died in 1929. There is one son, LW Perkins of Foreman, Ark and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services at the home this afternoon at two o'clock. Burial by the side of his wife in Kentucky.-- kbz
