Obituary Ray E. Peffley (sic) The correct name is Ernest Ray Pefley
ROCKVILLE --- Ray E. Peffley (sic), 83, of St. Petersburg, Fla., died at 6 a.m. Tuesday at his home. Mr. Peffley (sic) lived at Marshall for many years before moving to Florida. He was a retired businessman. Born Jan. 29, 1895, at Rockville, he was a son of Charles and Harriet McDaniel Peffley (sic). Among the survivors are the widow, Helen of St. Petersburg, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Belfred Siegelin of Rockville. Services are scheduled at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Butler Funeral home here with Dr. Thomas Arthur officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Thursday.
