Pefley - Doris

ROCKVILLE – Miss Doris A. Pefley, 72, formerly of Parke County, died at 11:40 p.m. Sunday in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She attended the World Gospel Church at Terre Haute. Born Dec. 23, 1904, she was a daughter of Daniel V. and Lydia Coombes Pefley of Parke County. Survivors are a brother, Earl of Crawfordsville, and two sisters, Mrs. Opal Vandivier and Mrs. Thelma Bradfield, both of Rockville. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Butler Funeral Home at Rockville with the Rev. Don Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Clean Run Cemetery near Bridgeton. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Tuesday. – jlr
