Brady, April 4 – EA Peffley, 75 who had been engaged in the insurance business in Brady snice 1931, died Friday following an illness of one week.  He suffered from a kidney ailment. Funeral services were held from the First Methodist Church Saturday with Rev LJ Rode conducting. Burial was in Brady Cemetery.  He was a native of Ladoga, Ind.  He was a member of the board of stewards o the Methodist Church and was secretary of the church until his health began to fall some six months ago. Survivors include the wife, a daughter, Mrs. RM Williams of Graham and a sono Sgt Aubrey Peffley who is in the armed forces. Also surviving are a brother, Omer Peffley of Santa Barbara Calif and sister, Mrs. JC Boellner of Eldorado, Kans.
