Services for Herbert B. Peffley, 80, Indianapolis, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Conkle Lynhurst Funeral Home, with calling from 3 p.m. to __ p.m. today. He died Wednesday in his home. A service mechanic, he had worked 36 year for Johnson Chevrolet, retiring in 1968. Mr. Peffley was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Disabled American Veterans. He also was member of American Association of Retired Persons. Born in Bridgeton, he lived in Indianapolis 60 years. He was the widower of Leona Hale Peffley. Survivors: son, Robert W. Peffley; two grandchildre
