Ladoga, Ind., November 6. ---This morning at 4 o'clock at his home in Ladoga occurred the death of Charles Peffley (sic). For more than a month he has been confined to his bed with Bright's disease. Mr. Peffley (sic) gave his life to Christ at an early age and has lived a consistent Christian life since. He had been superintendent of the Christian church Sunday school for the last three years and also held a prominent office in the Ben-Hur order at this place. The funeral will take place to-morrow afternoon at 2:30 at the Christian church, and will be conducted by Rev. W. T. Brooks.
