Peed - Harry

Tuesday evening Harry Peed, son of Melle Peed, a prominent business man of Mellott, was found in his home with a bullet hole in his forehead. He was all alone at home and it is supposed that he was handling a revolver and it was accidentally discharged. Mr. Peed was at Frankfort and was telegraphed for and arrived on the midnight train. Everything was done for Harry that was possible, but he died early Wednesday morning. It leaves a gloom over the entire community.
