KINGMAN — Raymond Pearson, 81, of Kingman, died at 6:10 p.m. Monday in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville. He was a member of the Modern Woodman Lodge and the Centennial Church. Born Sept. 17, 1893, at Yeddo, he was a son of George and Viola Sowers Pearson. He was married to Ruth Newnum on Dec. 14, 1927. She survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Joan Pearson at home and Maxine Cashmore of Indianapolis; a brother, Merle of Danville, Ill.; a sister, Mary Ratcliff of Kingman; and a granddaughter. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Woodrow Funeral Home with the Rev. Luther Page officiating. Burial will be in Centennial Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. --typed by Walt W
