New Ross, July 28—This morning as James Patterson, who lives three miles northwest of here, was driving a team into his granary, he was crushed between the load of wheat and an overhead beam. Dr. King was called and as yet no further report has been received, but it is thought that the accident will prove fatal if it has not already done so. -s
