Ladoga - Dec 12 -- Awakened last midnight by the heavy breathing of her husband, Mrs. William Parker of Ladoga became alarmed when she failed to arouse her husband. She ran to summon help from a neighbor but when they returned in a few minutes Mr. Parker was dead. He was 55 years of age. William Parker was a carpenter by trade. Saturday he made the vault in which were placed Sunday the remains of Mrs. Edward Rose. He attended the funeral Sunday afternoon and appeared in perfect health. He ate his supper as usual and retired without any complaint of feeling ill. Decedent is survived by a widow and two daughters, Mrs. Claude F. Ewoldt, whose husband is bookeeper for the Crawfordsville Casket Co and Mrs. William Cochran of Ladoga; one son, Wallace Parker and one sister, Mrs. Lew Burton and a brother, George Parker of Muncie. -- kbz
