MONTICELLO - Woodrow "Bud" Oyler, 59, Rt. 5, Monticello, was dead on arrival at Monticello Hospital Monday. He was a resident there seven years. Mr. Oyler, a former Crawfordsville resident, was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of the American Legion and the Christian Church. He was born Aug. 7, 1912 at Louisville, Ky. Surviving in addition to his widow, Pauline, are a son, Woodrow Jr. of Bloomington, and a daughter, Mrs. Don Avery of Crawfordsville. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home at Monticello with Rev. Don Hiscox officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery at Crawfordsville. Masonic rites will be conducted at the funeral home. The funeral procession is expected to reach the cemetery about 3:30.
