Richard A. Owen, 75, Minneapolis, Minn died Friday (April 12) in St. Joseph Hospital, St. Paul, Minn. Mr. Owen was a postal worker for the US government. He served in the Navy During WWII. He graduated high school at Denver, Colo. He was born Nov 10, 1926 at Indianapolis to Arnett A. and Ruth Cowan Owen. Survivors include several cousins. Funeral services are scheduled 3 p.m. Wednesday in Shoemaker Funeral Home, 202 S. Indiana 25, Waynetown with Rev. Dorman Winger officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to services.
