O'Haver - Anna

Mrs. Anna Ohaver died yesterday afternoon at two at the home of her daughter, Mrs. RW Wade. Her death was caused by a complication of diseases. Mrs. Ohaver had been in poor health for about two years and during the 11 days preceding her death she suffered considerable pain. She had been a member of the Christian Church for 14 years. For a long time she resided at Danville, Ind and for a number of years she lived within 10 miles of that place. During the past 13 years she has been a resident of Ladoga. Mrs. Ohaver was born in Hendricks county, Indiana 79 years ago. In 1860 she was married to David Ohaver whose death occurred a few years after their marriage. Besides her daughter, Mrs. RW Wade of this place, she is survived by three sisters: Mrs. Sarah Rainy of Saintsberry, Mo; Mrs. Belle Mesler of New York City and Mrs. Jane Hoosley of Terre Haute, Ind. The funeral was conducted from the house this afternoon at 3. Rev. WH Newlin, pastor of the Christian Church officiating. The remains will be taken to Danville, Ind. Tomorrow where interment will be made in the South Cemetery. - transcribed by kbz
