Mrs. Johnahtan Nutt died Sunday morning at 6:30 o'clock at her home on south Walnut street after an llness dating back for over a year. Her chief trouble was paralysis. Mrs. Nutt was born 58 years ago on the old Cooper farm near Yountsville, where she lived until recently when she and Mr. Nutt moved to this place. There were born to them two daughter, Mrs. CW Burton and Mrs. Jno. Snyder, who, with the father survive her. Mrs. Nutt was a member of the Methodist Church and had been for years a faithful and devout woman. Dr. Brumbaugh conducted the funeral sermon at the house at 2 o'clock Tuesday. - kbz

Mrs. Jonathan Nutt died at her home on south Walnut street on Sunday morning after an illness of many weeks. She leaves a husband and two children, Mrs. Chas. Burton and Mrs. Clinton B. Snyder. She was only 58 years of age and her maiden name was Mary A. Cooper, Yountsville vicinity being the place of her birth. The funeral was on Tuesday and was conducted by Rev. Dr. Brumbaugh of the ME Church of which congregation Mrs. Nutt was a life long member. She was a woman of great force of character, sweet, amiable and womanly. -kbz

Mrs. Jonathan Nutt died Sunday morning after an illness of nearly a year. The funeral took place Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the family residence on South Walnut Street. The services were conducted by Dr. Brumbaugh, interment at the Masonic Cemetery. Mrs. Nutt was 58 years old and was a native of this county. Her maiden name was Mary A. Cooper and she was raised at Yountsville. She leaves a husband, two daughters, Mrs. John Snyder and Mrs. W. C. Burton, and three sisters, Mrs. Ira Cadwallader, Mrs. Wm Nutt and Miss Maggie Cooper. She was a consistent member of the First M. E. Church and was loved by a large circle of friends. -s
