Mrs. Delora Nicoson, 66, former county resident, died at 4:25 p.m. Wednesday at her home in Indianapolis. Mrs. Nicoson had been living with her daughter, Mrs. Charles Mann, at 1582 Gilbert St. Her husband, Dewey C. Nicoson, died on Dec. 18, 1953. The deceased had been employed as a dietician at Culver Hospital and St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette. She was a member of the First Christian Church and the American Legion Auxiliary at New Richmond. In addition to Crawfordsville and New Richmond, Mrs. Nicoson had been a resident of Darlington and Linden. Born on Feb. 18, 1902, in Hoopeston, Ill., she was the daughter of Charles E. and Delora Lattimore Hazel. She was reared in Hoopeston and educated in the community schools there. Her marriage to Mr. Nicoson was solemnized on Aug. 18, 1921, in the Illinois community. Surviving besides Mrs. Mann are six other daughters, Mrs. John Kuhns of Norco, Calif., Aileen Smith of Lafayette, Mrs. Francis Rusk of Russiaville, Mrs. Kenneth Frey of Rt. 1, Brookston, Mrs. Raymond Farrester of Indianapolis and Mrs. Dale Suiter of Crawfordsville; three sons, Scott of Crawfordsville, Daryl of Indianapolis and William who is serving in the Navy at Monterey, Calif.; three sisters, Amy Woodbeck and Mrs. Oscar McClain, both of Danville, Ill., and Mrs. Dale Bissey of Tuscola, Ill.; 27 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was preceded in death by a son, a daughter, four grandchildren, two brothers land three sisters. Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday in the Helms Funeral Home at Linden with Rev. Arthur Schenck officiating. Burial will be in Linden Cemetery. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Friday.

LINDEN — Services were held for Mrs. Delora B. Nicoson Saturday at the Helms Funeral Home in Linden with Rev. Arthur Schenck officiating. Serving as pallbearers and assisting with the flowers were Emmett Ade, Jack Harrison, Keith Cronnin, Vernon Busman, Mike Rusk and Dale Heffefinger. Mrs. Betty Edwards played the organ. Burial was in the Linden Cemetery
