Mrs. Sylvia Myers Dies At Her Home; Funeral Is Monday Mrs. Sylvia Marr Myers, 82, widow of Jesse M. Myers, died at 1:30 a.m. Saturday at her home, 312 Sheridan Ave. Mrs. Myers was born July 17, 1886, the daughter of Frank and Beatrice Marr Parrett. She was married July 20, 1904. Mr. Myers died last February. Mrs. Myers was a member of the Waveland Methodist Church and was a charter member of the Wallace Eastern Star Chapter. She worked seven years at Donnelley's during the World War II period. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Jessie Meister of Crawfordsville; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Howard Myers of Winter Haven, Fla., and a half-brother, France Parrett of California. She was preceded in death by a son, Howard in 1961. Services will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Monday at the Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Rev. John Servies officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday. -- - typed by CA.
