Wayneown - Jan 8 - James M. MYERS, 89, died at 1:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the home of his son, Harry in Waynetown. Death was attributed to urenial poisoning. Myers had been ill one months this week. Born Jan 17, 1860 in Fountain Co he was the son of John and Sarah Palmer Myers. He married Mary BRIGGS in April of 1884 who preceded him in death a number of years ago. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Hollis Sumner of Crawfordsville; 3 sons, Ray of Long Beach, Calif; Harry of Waynetown and Paul E. of Lafayette; 4 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from Grenard & Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown with Rev. Guy Tremaine in charge. Burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. - kbz
