Wallace - Mrs. Grayce Myers, 81 of Rt. 1, Kingman who with her husband had been prominent farmers in the Wallace area died at 6:40 p.m. Saturday in Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville. She had resided at the Ben Hur Nursing Home four years. She was a member of Wallace Phanuel Luterhan Church and its Ladies Aid, Jackson Township Home Ec Club and Fountain County Chorus. She was a graduate of Wallace HS and Terre Haute Normal College. She was born at Hillsboro Aug 14, 1896, daughter of William and Flora Sanders Edwards. She married Leslie G. Myers April 3, 1917 at Wallace. He died in 1973. Surviving are a son, Max of Rt 1, Kingman; a daughter, Mrs. Carl (Katy) Starnes of Crawfordsville; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Thomas Funeral Home at Waynetown with Revs. John Stacy and Karl Korbel officiating. Burial in Wallace Lutheran Cemetery.
