WAYNETOWN (AP)—Ralph Lester Myer, 3840 English Ave., Indianapolis, former Waynetown resident, died suddenly at 8:30 a.m. Friday while at work at the Sinclair service station at 2202 N. Delaware St. where he had been employed 27 years. He was 54. He was a son of Harry and Anna Butts Myer and was born at Hillsboro June 3, 1906. He was married to Elsie Standley at Indianapolis Dec. 25, 1952. He attended school at Hillsboro, after which the family came to Waynetown. Mr. Myer moved to Indianapolis in 1931. He was a member of the Christian Park Reformed Church of Indianapolis. Surviving besides the widow are two daughters, Wilma and Ruth, Butler University students; a son, David, in high school; a brother, Estin Myer of Indianapolis, and a niece. Funeral rites are set for 11 a.m. (EST) Monday at the Servies Funeral Home here. Rev. Ralph G. TenClay will officiate and burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. Saturday.
