Mrs. Beulah H. Murray, 68, 307 E. College St., a milliner in Crawfordsville 36 years, died Wednesday morning in Culver Hospital where she had been a patient since Jan. 6. Born July 1, 1890, in Fountain County near Covington, Mrs. Murray was the daughter of Walter Hardesty and Kathryn Hall Hardesty. She married Lee R. Murray Oct. 14, 1912, in Chicago. Mrs. Murray, who was in the millinery business most of her life, was in the millinery department of the Golden Rule store the past 20 years. Mrs. Murray attended the Covington schools. Her early married life also was spent in Covington. She also had lived in Peru and Lafayette before moving to Crawfordsville. Mrs. Murray was a member of the First Christian Church, Circle 5 of the Women's Fellowship of the church, Business and Professional Women's Club, Pythian Sisters, and McPherson Women's Relief Corps. She also was a member and past president of the Sigma Zeta Chapter of the Pi Omicron Sorority. Survivors include the husband; six cousins, and three aunts. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Bright Funeral Home. Rev. Paul Million will be the officiating minister. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery near Covington. Friends may call at the funeral home, beginning at noon Thursday.   --typed by Walt W
