George F. MYERS, uncle of Mrs. CS Kritz, died in Crawfordsville Friday. Mr. Myers was one of the oldest surviving veterans of the Civil War, being 90 years old at the time of his death. He served 3 1/2 years in the 9th Indiana. Mr. & Mrs. Charles Kritz attended the funeral at the home on Sunday evening. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Minnie Ramey, who is well known here. - transcribed by kbz
