Rockville -- Mrs.Anna Lela Myers, 73 of 306 E. Harris Street, Rockville, died
at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday in Vermillion County Hospital at Clinton
after an illness of 3 months. She had been hospitalized 11 days.
She was a native of Putnam County, born May 10, 1895 the daughter
of Simon and Arrah (Mackey) Jones. Surviving are 4 sons: James L.
Shotts of Martinsville, Robert Shotts of Rockville, Woodrow
Shotts of Indianapolis and Jesse Shotts of Coreal ? Beach,
California; two daughters Mrs Horace (Ruby) Lawson of
Bloomingdale and Mrs. Jermain (Margaret0 Maurais of Palatine,
ill; a brother, Elmer Jones of Noblesville; 20 grandchildren and
23 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband,
Fred and a son, Cedric Shotts. Funeral services will be held at
10:30 a.m. Saturday at Tudor Funeral Home with Rev. James O.
Trousdale officiating. Interment will be in New Maysville
Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m.
