John C. MUSE, a former resident of this city and for the past
15 years a resident of Detroit passed away at his home there
Saturday morning according to a message received here. Mr. Muse,
who was 56 resided in Crawfordsville while the THI & E
Traction company was constructing its lines through this part of
the state and was in charge of the installation of machinery at
the local power plant at that time. During his residence in
Detroit he has continued his profession of an electrical
engineer. He is survived by his wife, who was formerly Miss Anna
Collins of this city. The body will be brought here and taken to
the home of his brother-in-law, Dan Collins, 407 John St. The
funeral services will probably be held at St. Bernard's Catholic
Church Monday morning at 9 o'clock with Rev. William D. Sullivan
in charge. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. - transcribed by kbz
