John B. Murphy, Crawfordsville attorney, died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday evening. He was a brother of Dan Murphy who taught here and his wife was also a former teacher, Grace Lawrence.

Crawfordsville, Ind May 3 - John B. Murphy, 60 years old, prominent attorney died at his home here late today after a long illness. He had taken a leading part in the Montgomery County Bar Association several years.
