Waynetown, May 11 -- McKinley (Mac) Murdock, 54 died at 1:17 p.m. CST in his home at
Waynetown. Mr. Murdock was born near Waynetown on Feb 22, 1895, son of
Henry and Miriam Reed Murdock. He was married Nov 30, 1916 to Althea
Pierce in her home near New Richmond. Mr. Murdock was a member of the
Wingate Christian Church. Surviving are his widow [Althea Pierce]; one
daughter, Sara Mayme Murdock at home and two brothers, Glenn and Burl
both of Waynetown. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the
Grenard and Servies Funeral Home with Rev. Fred Sahrp of Evansville
officiating and assisted by Rev. Floyd Armstrong, pastor of the church.
Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral
