Browns Valley - Oct 25 - Mrs. Eva T. Motter died Wednesday night at 11 o'clock at her home here, after an illness of several months with complications. Mrs. Motter had been ill for th epast 7 months and had been bedfast for the past 12 weeks. Eva T was born the daughter of Thomas and Lucy A. Patton, near Browns Valley March 6, 1874. She married Robert L. Motter Dec 3, 1899. She was a member of the Browns Valley Baptist Church, and lived all her life in and near BV. Surviving are one daughter, Anna Dee Motter, two sisters, Mrs. Thomas W. Rice of Crawfordsville and Mrs. John Bayless and four brothers, George Patton of Lafayette; James of Crawfordsville and Clyde and Joe of BV. Funeral services will be held Saturday at the Baptist Church with burial at Indian Creek cemetery, Rev. A. Eddrington will preach the funeral.
