Morrison - Rozzie Bowman - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Mrs. Rozzie A. Morrison of 1405 E. Main St., died at 10:15 p.m. Monday at Culver Hospital after a three-week illness. She was 73 years old. She was born July 19, 1892, at Darlington, the daughter of Harry W. and Candace Craig Bowman. The family moved to Crawfordsville, when she was a child. She attended Crawfordsville school. Mrs. Morrison married Lester T. Morrison on Oct. 27, 1915. She was a member of the Shannondale Bethel Presbyterian Church. Surviving beside the husband are one son, Richard C. of Denver, Colo.; two daughters-in-law, Mrs. Betty Morrison of New Market and Mrs. Janet Morrison of Denver, and five grandchildren, June and Gail of New Market and Stanley, Carol and Glenn of Denver. She was preceeded in death by a son, Craig. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at the Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday. Rev. William E. Thompson of the Shannondale Church, will officiate. Burial will be at the Shannondale Cemetery. – jlr
