Mrs. Nora Alice Morrison, 67, a resident of the Smartsburg community most of her life, died suddenly Monday morning in the home of a son, Junior Hammons (sic) 705 Brook St. She had been in failing health several months. Born Nov 13, 1892, in Clay County, Ky, Mrs. Morrison and the daughter of John Baker and Mary Ellen Benge Baker. She was married twice first to Jasper R. Hammons and next to Virgil Morrison.
