Mary B. Morrison, 66, of Linnsburg died Thursday in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Lafayette. She and her husband had operated the Friendly Tavern at Wingate 22 years. She was a member of the Eastern Star at Jamestown and Women of the Moose. She was married in 1930 to L.R. "Scout" Morrison. She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Jo Ann Riley of Alabama; 3 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with burial in Oak Hill Mausoleum. Friends may call at the funral home after 2 p.m. Sunday.
