William Walkup Morris 92- year-old lifelong resident of the New Ross community died at Culver Hospital at 8:30 o'clock Sunday morning of conplications and infirmities of old age. He was brought to the hospital Friday. Mr. Morris was born in Walnut Twp Nov 5, 1847, the son of Daniel and Frances Evans Morris. He had made his home the the pastt several years with Mr. and Mrs. Ward Gray in New Ross. Surviving are two brothers, John Morris, Parkersburg and James Morris near New Ross and a sister, Mrs. Frances Williams, near New Ross. Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gray in New Ross with Rev. FE Graves in charge. Burial will be made at Pisgah cemetery.
