Mrs. Mary Catherine Morgan, 43, wife of U. S. Navyman Ottis N. Morgan, died at 8:35 p.m. Friday at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She resided on Rt. 1, Romney. Born May 28, 1925, in Crawfordsville, Mrs. Morgan was the daughter of Edmond and Malvina Gillem Rose. She was married April 25, 1944. Mrs. Morgan was a member of Christ Lutheran Church. She had worked at the Mallory and Donnelley plants in Crawfordsville. Surviving are the husband who is serving in the U. S. Navy at Pensacola, Fla; six children, Ottis N. Morgan Jr., Mark Lee Morgan, Barbara Ann Morgan, Paul Leslie Morgan, Rosemary Morgan and Rebecca Morgan, all of Crawfordsville; five brothers, Frank Rose, Kenneth Rose, Leland Rose and Delbert Rose, all of Crawfordsville and Ralph Rose of Waynetown, and a sister, Mrs. Evelyn Lewis of Crawfordsville. Services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Hunt and Son Funeral Home with Rev. John C. Stacey officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon on Monday. - jlr
