WAVELAND – Raymond H. Moore, 81, died at 4:30 a.m. today in his home at 114 E. Green St. here. He had been an interior and exterior decorator until his retirement last year. Mr. Moore was a member of the Waveland Christian Church, Waveland Lions Club, Masonic Lodge 300 and Eastern Star Chapter 539. Born here June 4, 1893, he was a son of William and Viola Scott Moore. He was married to Ava N. Pyle on Oct. 14, 1914, at Rockville. She survives. Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Vivian Robison of Chariton, Iowa, and Mrs. Lillian Presslor of Waveland; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted in Machledt & Servies Funeral Home with the Rev. Lester Niles officiating. Burial will be in Old Union Cemetery here. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Friday. – jlr
