Moore - Nelson J

Word has been received from Joplin, Mo., announcing the death of Nelson J. Moore, after many years of patient suffering. He passed away on Dec. 19, 1900, aged 72 years. He was born in Ohio but passed a good portion of his life in Indiana, near Crawfordsville. He also lived many years near Cherry Grove and from there he moved to Fidelity, Mo., and from there to Joplin, where after a time his wife died, leaving one son and daughter, Mrs. Fannie E. Boss, wife of the head bookkeeper of the Moffett smelting works at that place. It was at her home that he died. I have written this for the old residents who once knew him here to learn that he is no more of earth. A Niece -s
