Mrs. Montgomery died last Saturday at the advanced age of 90 years and was buried at Old Union Monday afternoon. She made her home with C. L. Canine. – s
Note: She is buried in Old Union Cemetery near Waveland in Brown Township. Born in Shelby County, Kentucky 5 June 1808 and died the 6th of July in 1895 and she was 87 years old. She and her husband, James Montgomery (1803-1864) had the following children
Keziah A (1827-1894) who married Cornelius Leonard Canine whom she lived with above but her daughter had already passed - CL died in 1898
Louisa C. (1830-1921) who married (possibly) a cousin William J. Fisher
and two sons who died young
