His death Dec 10, resulted from falling from the sixth story of the Plaza Hotel, while walking in his sleep, sleep walking having been a habit with him all his life. He was a man of sterling qualities, kind and considerate and always a friend in need, never allowing anyone to suffer whom he could help. He was a true and devoted husband and father. He was a member of the Masonic fraternity. The funeral was held Dec 23 at the country home of Mrs. Moore's mother, Mrs. Burks near Guion, Rev JT Boyer in charge. Interment at the Bruin Cemetery. Besides the wife and little daughter, Marian, six years old, he leaves to mourn his loss, 4 sisters and 3 brothers, all of whom except two brothers were present at the funeral and a host of friends.
