"Frank David Moore, son of Charles and Carrie Moore, was born Dec. 25th 1898, died Jan. 21st 1933: age 34 years, 27 days. He was born and reared in Waveland, where he spent his entire life.
"He united with the Christian Church of Waveland in Sept. 1915. He was an active member in the 'Modern Woodman of America' and at his death held the chair of Counsel in the local order.
"To know Frank Moore was to love him. His stirling virtues of truthfulness and honesty, won for him the friendship of all who cam in contact with him. To place a value on the influence of such a life as that of Frank's upon the boys and young men of this community, would be beyond estimate.
"He leaves a mother and father, a brother, Clyde of LaGrange, Ill., a sister, Virginia, a teacher in the Waveland schools; a nephew, Jimmy Moore, of LaGrange, Illinois; two grandmothers; a number of uncles, aunts and cousins; a host of friends, to mourn his being taken away in the very prime of life, and to remember him as he had lived."
