Charles F. Moore, Waveland, died at Culver Hospital
Charlie F. Moore, life long resident of Waveland died Friday morning at Culver hospital where he had been a patient for the past several days. He was recovering from an operation when he was stricken. Mr. Moore was in his 86th year. Born in Waveland April 17, 1866, Mr. Moore was the son of David Moore and Margaret Mitchell Moore. During his long business career in Waveland, Mr. Moore was a contractor.
Mr. Moore was married in 1895 to Carrie May Moore. They were the parents of 3 children: Clyde Moore of Amelia, Ohio; Frank Moore, who preceded his father in death and Mrs. Virginia Foster of Waveland. Funeral services will be held at the Machledt Funeral home in Waveland Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. with Forrest Graves of New Ross, officiating. Burial will be made in Old Union Cemetery. - transcribed by kbz
